Splash & Dash Express Carwash

Very rarely do I compliment a car wash since they’re always basic but this place has very nice vacuums and hard workers! I’m a fan of this place.

There was one really nice guy here and one completely rude guy, the real guy sprays this bug stuff all over the windshields and then I can't see where I'm driving because it's completely foggy, I'm trying to pay attention to his fingers out the corner of the window and they're just kind of like scrubbing the car with different things. In my car starts rocking back and forth, I rolled down the window and I said what is that he said do you have your car neutral, I said no you didn't tell me to put it in neutral yet he said I pointed to the sign, I said I told you I can't see anything out the front window, he said I told you to go to the left or go to the right which is completely different than pointing to a sign right? He just kept arguing with me and shook his head no just terrible service. The other guy that took my money was very nice

Decent prices for gas and car wash. My vehicle gets good mileage with their fuel. Car wash prices range from 10 to 15 dollars. Very competitive and always has at least one person that physically wipes all of your windows, front, side and rear with a brush. Mister does not provide this service. Highly recommend.

It's pretty fast, very clean Business. The employees have people skills and polite. That's for the ⭐⭐⭐. The 2 star's missing is for the equipment. It doesn't wash my vehicle as good as any other place and only drys it about 85% of my vehicle. And the whole purpose of it being a car wash, is to wash android your vehicle. I just need it to do what I'm paying it to do and that is wash and dry my vehicle. But thank you to the employees that worked there. These stars are for you. As in the business, the other 2 are yours.

I went in on May 31st for a car wash and my passenger side view mirror was damaged as a result of this car wash. Here we are 2 months later and I'm still waiting for a call from the manager regarding the damage to my vehicle. I was told that I would be called the next day and I wasn't. I went in a couple of days later and was informed there wasn't a manager available and I had to leave my name and number again so I did, I was not informed the first time that I went in, that the store manager has nothing to do with the car wash manager and so when I went back in again they said they would have to provide my info to a different manager, I kept following up by calling and going back but there was never a manager available. I have left my information several times with different employees there for a manager to call me back. I've still yet to receive a phone call from them. I even provided the stamp time on my receipt to make.it easy for the manager to check the cameras and do their research prior to calling me back. I'm still waiting for a call back....
